No I have not spoken to your master
I keep running into this style of question from religious people where they ask you where you came from and where you will go and whether you have understood the truth of life and whether you have looked inside your heart and the questions are structured so that any honest answer sounds like a confession of failure because the only correct response according to the person asking is surrender. The question about where you came from is aimed at the origin of consciousness and the universe and the honest answer is we do not fully know yet but we are working on it and we have made more progress in the last four hundred years of science than in the previous four thousand years of theology and the question about where you will go is aimed at death and the honest answer is the same place you were before you were born which is nowhere and that is not a sad thing it is just a fact and the only reason it feels sad is that religions have spent centuries convincing you that you should be afraid of it. The question about whether you have spoken to your master is aimed at a being there is no evidence for and the honest answer is no I have not and neither have you and the only difference between us is that I am willing to admit it.
The whole structure is designed to make you feel small and ignorant so that you turn to the only institution that claims to have the answers which is the same institution that has been asking these same unanswerable questions for thousands of years without ever providing a single verifiable answer to any of them. They say he made everything and you just made up stories and I think the exact opposite is true because we have spent millennia making up stories about where we came from and every time we actually found a real answer it came from science and not from scripture and the last time religion invented anything genuinely new was so far back that we do not even have reliable records of it. Truth is not something you find by looking inside your heart it is something you find by looking outside at the world and running experiments and building models and testing them against reality and when you do that you discover things like evolution and relativity and quantum mechanics and germ theory and all of the things that have actually extended human life and reduced suffering and given us some understanding of where we came from. Religion has not added a single entry to that list in centuries and its defenders are left with the strategy of telling you that the real answers are inside your heart where they cannot be tested or verified or falsified which is a very convenient place to put them because there they can never be proven wrong the same way a dream can never be proven false while you are still inside it.
I do not think there is a master and I do not think I came from one and I do not think I am going to one and I do not think looking inside my heart will reveal anything except blood and muscle and the quiet hum of a brain trying to make sense of a world that does not owe it any answers. The questions sound profound until you realize they are word traps designed to have no possible answer except surrender and I have stopped surrendering to questions that were never asked in good faith. So, no I have NOT spoken to your master - I am sovereign and wear my crown of the unknown.
Tell me the last question someone asked you that was designed to have no answer. I am @troysk704.
